Billing & Cancellations

This policy describes the subscription and billing terms for NIA Pro, operated by NIA Analytics LLC. Paid subscription enrollment is subject to checkout availability.

Subscription Plans

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be additional.

Automatic Renewal

NIA Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the selected monthly or annual interval unless canceled before the next renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your NIA Pro subscription at any time.

After cancellation, your Pro access will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that period.

Cancellation does not automatically refund any previously paid subscription charges.

Refund Policy

All NIA Pro subscription payments are nonrefundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

There are no prorated refunds or credits for unused subscription time, including when a subscription is canceled before the end of its billing period.

Billing errors, duplicate charges, and suspected unauthorized transactions may be reported to NIA Analytics for investigation. Any refund required by applicable law will be provided.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers can manage or cancel their subscriptions through the billing management option in their NIA account.

Changes to Pricing or Terms

NIA may change subscription prices or billing terms in the future. Changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable law.
