These terms describe the NIA Real Estate service operated by NIA Analytics LLC.

About NIA Real Estate

NIA provides informational tools for researching properties, neighborhoods, crime, demographics, schools, and surrounding conditions.

Information may be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable in certain locations. Users should independently verify important facts before making decisions.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

Users are responsible for maintaining their account security and providing accurate account information.

Users must not attempt to compromise NIA systems, bypass subscription restrictions, interfere with other users, or use the service unlawfully.

Free and Pro Plans

NIA intends to offer a free plan and a paid Pro subscription.

Applicable taxes may be additional. Paid subscriptions are not currently available.

Subscription Renewals

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval unless canceled before the next renewal.

Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel NIA Pro at any time.

After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew.

Subscription payments are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. No prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused subscription time.

Service Availability

NIA may update features, change geographic coverage, perform maintenance, or experience temporary service interruptions.

Important Limitations

NIA does not guarantee property suitability, neighborhood safety, investment outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party information.

NIA does not replace professional real estate, legal, financial, or property inspection advice.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
